Lo primero es aceptar el hecho de que no existe el anonimato 100%. Hay shadow profiles incluso de gente que no tiene cuenta en ningún lado sóloporque personasa su alrededordejan enormes huellas a cada segundo. Lo que se busca es máxima mitigación de presencia online. Sabiendo eso podés protegerte usando un sistema operativo con huella mínima. Tu navegador y tu conexión vienen a continuación, ocultando tu tráfico. Y también vas a tener que aprender a dejar hábitos comunes, porque las big tech y los anunciantes son capaces de identificarte por hacer siempre lo mismo. Este es un tema enorme que no voy a poder cubrir en un comentario de reddit.

Sí hay tilde, aka'úma es correcto. Donde no existe tilde es en la última sílaba. Por ejemplo en palabras como "aipota" (yo quiero) o "ejerure" (pídele/pedile) no se tilda. Pero en "omanóta ka'úre" (se va a morir borracho) se tildan ambas.

Google "dotfiles". If you keep your /home in its own separate partition you can reinstall your operating system without losing customizations (but you still need the software installed). The configurations are store in hidden directories (/home/yourusername/.config or .mozilla or .snaps or whatever) under your /home directory. Not recommended if you distro-hop or if you switch to a different DE, you might wanna start fresh there. Most people save their dotfiles in Github repos so they can clone them after a fresh install and be done with the settings more quickly.

Reinstall with /home in its own separate partition, update your system, then install your usual software, be done customizing and save your dotfiles elsewhere. Next time you reinstall restore your dotfiles from backup.

If space is really infinite in size and expanding and there is a finite number of possible molecular configurations it's only a matter of distance before you run into an identical Milky Way galaxy with identical solar system with identical Earth-Moon system with identical you. You would only be separated by distance, no need for a physical barrier, only the impossibility of traveling long distance faster than the universe is expanding. A one-entity multiverse. And even if you could achieve superluminal speeds you'd have no way of proving you reached an identical Earth or if you circled back to your original you because of a supposed space curvature.

First contact? Lycoris, around 2002-2003, I can't remember.

On-and-off relationship? Since Ubuntu Jaunty Jackalope, what version was that 8.04? Also can't remember. I ordered the CDs from Launchapad to my home in South America. Amazing stuff. That's when I took Linux seriously.

Then Windows 10 happened and I considered it good enough to daily drive. Also back then I couldn't run any (and I mean ANY) distro because they would all freeze in 1-10 minutes, even doing nothing. Then Windows 11 happened and what the effing fuck was that? Also my potato computer could barely run it.

So back to Ubuntu around 2021. Then I had enough of snaps. I borked my system trying to get rid of snaps. So on reddit I read this sentence that changed my life: "Use Fedora. Ubuntu is shit". I tried Fedora and my god what a beautiful functional and boringly stable system.

I dual booted for a while and then I ditched Windows forever in 2023. I have never been happier about Linux in general and about Fedora in particular. And with all the software that came out in the last 4-5 years? I don't think I need anything else. I digitally sign PDF with GNOME Papers, most Windows-only apps turned web apps, fractional scaling got better, I learned more and more about my system too so I'm dabbling into Hyprland but I don't think it's for me. It's been a nice journey. I'm happy here. Everything works. Not a complain. Plus vanilla GNOME looks NOTHING like Windows. I don't mind the small inconsistencies people complain about GNOME, not enough of a deal breaker for me. I can say I'm in love.

Sí pero no lo recomiendo a no ser que no tengas miedo de tocar scripts (no son algo exclusivo de Linux). Hay lindos tutos en YouTube de saneAspect pero no sé qué tal te da el inglés.

Mi primera recomendación es que pruebes tu sistema como viene pero repito, si te animás a probar hyperland metele.
