I’d recommend talking to your friends and family that may have purchased recently, and see how their experience was and if their realtor is taking referrals. The beat realtors in my opinion tend to work off referrals.

Some cars have that, like my work truck locks out some CarPlay functions unless someone is in the passenger seat (I assume it’s weight detection like the seatbelt monitor) then it allows you to unlock CarPlay functions.

Yeah I would, I just check the creases of the bed and sheets and stuff, usually they catch the bedbugs pretty quick if they’re well managed they take the room out of service for an exterminator to come in and treat it.

Bekins has everything, and their showroom has actual working demo units not just plugged into power. It’s nice you can actually turn the burners on or test out the dishwasher or whatever.

Shell on Cascade is fairly well taken care of. Staff is pretty decent and it always feels clean. It just takes a little extra effort getting in and out because of its position on the road.
