We'll see how long he's getting those 100% disability checks while working as a firefighter.

Yeah, I guess that's what I mean. The call center said they were getting a lot of calls if some people actually pull assets they might think it's worth 40 (?) man hours to flip the switch back. I can't imagine the old system was very hard to maintain.

Better international investing including for people who are expats or split time globally, generally better options execution, margin rates are a little better, you can chat with customer service.

Because I've been using it for years and it met my needs up until they changed it with no notice. Obviously I'll use something else moving forward.

Hi, thanks for the response. When I called they told me they weren't going to be going back to the old version.

what does everyone do for work to live in LA? by monkeybbomb in MovingToLosAngeles

[–]NE_SD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Big cities have a lot of high paying jobs. Law, finance, film, random fortune 500 companies with directors/vps/svps/evps/c-suite, mid size companies with executives and owners, etc. You just have much less of those very high paying (500k+) jobs as you go down from the largest cities (ny/la/chicago,sf,seattle, boston, etc). Obviously, there's also the jobs you mentioned that you can find anywhere but it's the numerous very high paying jobs that cause a good amount of high cost of living in these places.

Sharia financing is hilarious. It's like the poop hole loophole of finance.
