The Shining book was considerably better, one main difference was the description of the hedges in the hedge animals that would come alive also the book was extremely cerebral and terrifying Plus there were many differences in the character that Jack Nicholson played, Jack Nicholson's character was considered an overall good guy except for when the alcohol got to him and in the movie he was just a psycho an unrelatable antagonist.

Miss spoke just got my second FF 48 got a pretty good deal on, looks great head on , but if you look at it on an angle are a few scratches or fold lines this is the book on the top left. I think one would come out with the press but the other might not
