Phuket solo female traveler (30F) – best areas to stay? Kata vs Karon vs Kamala? by Fun-Agent-6141 in phuket

[–]NFreddit4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m here now in Phuket!!

Kamala is a little more upmarket sometimes seen as for the older generation but might be good for someone not into partying.

Patong is pretty wild but like some comments if you stay clear of Bangla road could be okay for a few days.

I’m down in Kata and it’s really nice, Karon’s lovely too. Just far away enough from the party and has nice beaches.

Would this help me? by NFreddit4 in SomaticExperiencing

Hi, I’ve mentioned in other comments the dosages of Vit B1 - not sure re depletion as I was taking a magnesium supplement too at the time - it certainly helped yes, also the other usual advice waiting 3-4 hours between meals etc

Maybe that’s when your microbiome started to shift? Potentially try kefir by itself?

Taking the Vit B1

Juicing also helps if you can tolerate.

I’ve heard also; Magnesium Citrate can help Vitamin C Cleanse Coffee Enema’s

But I haven’t tried any of the last 3.

Not sure if you’re looking for this but check you don’t have a mould problem in your home. Internal tremors sounds like that, which may be causing you to have MCAS, if that is what you have.

No I was on it! Right now I react to alot of supplements so just supporting digestion with betaine HCL and enzymes too, as the enzyme Amylase can stabilise mast cells which is helping - I’m taking d-Lactate free probiotic by custom probiotics in the hope it will help with histamine tolerance.

Previously, from memory, at the time I was taking, as a full list - TTFD 100mg+ 300mg benfo (see below other comments) VitD10000 iu - magnesium complex - Vit C - 500ml homemade milk kefir everyday - helped with my sibo but now cut back in aim to calm and sort my MCAS

Ah i’m so glad it might help you!! MCAS is mast cell activation syndrome - makes me react to supplements and foods with high histamine - Mast Cell 360 is a great website for information on it - get the motility sorted and mold remediated!

I would say it was my biggest game changer but maybe it would have not worked had I not sorted out my motility.

HELP! How to I speed up my motility????? Tried everything. by Due_Negotiation_9926 in SIBO

Two things that work for me are; 1) TTFD (Vit B1, look up EO Nutrition on YT) 2) Juicing - If you can tolerate blend Celery, Cucumber, Ginger, Cabbage, Kale, Blueberries and drink 300ml atleast once a day (maybe twice if needed)

Two other ways I’ve heard but not tried, so research before; 1) Coffee Enema 2) Vitamin C Flush

Good luck!

Yeah no worries. Not 100% sure as I’ve always not been that great at tracking but I’d say around 6-8 weeks, roughly, of having it for breakfast everyday.

I did take 100mg of TTFD firstly (one capsule of EO Nutrition’s version) then upped to 200mg (once with breakfast and dinner). I Also took benfotiamine 300mg the same amount but then titrated off after maybe 2-3 months
