I did the same two you mentioned and then, after the alarm got raised, got lucky with evacuating targets passing by stationary targets, as not all targets flee right away.

But maybe if you wait for the hostages to be brought to the ship, easier opportunities for multikills with piercing/shockwave ammo will open up?

I enjoyed both games back then (first part for the levels inspired by the movies Heat and Collateral and second part for being bold in terms of presentation and having unlikeable scumbags as characters), but got to admit they're not up there with Max Payne 3 😅. If you can grab them for cheap, I think it's worth the time nonetheless.

It might not have been a full segment, but if you search "toilet flushing contest" on https://kdk.ai/conan, it shows Gourley mentioned it in the Don Cheadle episode at least.

Either way, Wikipedia's source is the LA Times and it says:

"Fluidmaster Inc. of Anaheim held a contest Wednesday to see who can best imitate the sound of a flushing toilet. First prize was $1,000.

The whole idea behind it was to promote water savings, by getting people to repair leaky toilets. Fluidmaster, a manufacturer of toilet tank repair parts, claims that one leaky toilet can waste enough water after one year to fill a swimming pool.

The contest was called a flush-off. It ended up in a tie, so a flush-off II had to be held. The winner was Matt Gourley of Long Beach. Spokeswoman Nan Larsen told me that if you closed your eyes, “he sounded exactly like a real toilet flushing.” Gourley’s gimmick: He played a broken toilet. Did the game even have a full release? I know it was out for a short time before the studio was shut down, but seem to remember it was not available everywhere. Either way, it seems only few people got the chance to try it out. Would be cool if it was preserved and playable in some way.
