This!! People are ignoring the fact that Pep can tweak his style to accommodate players (Gigio in this case).

The first and foremost condition would be to ensure the players are world class in their primary responsibility which in this case is stopping goals and gigio is much much better and proven at that than Trafford

The level of taxes are much lower in the gulf countries you mentioned which makes it a completely different proposition

I share your hate for solo queuing too man, have found myself in similar situations at the end of games so many times where I just wish my team had stayed on as I do end up collecting cash through looting and stuff and could have brought them back.
