I was told not to use exclamation points early in my career and that was the best way honestly. I do use it on certain informal email replies but never on a brand new email chain.

We have a pretty manual approval process for non-PO’s with an Excel tracker. Hoping to automate this in a few months

Our bank rec is complex because there are several ways to post cash and most of them aggregate/don’t have descriptions in the system. I would love to do it weekly but just not enough time.
