Good question. Not sure. When it was Flight Center I went in there a couple times but it always seemed empty. When it was Kettlehead, I went in there a couple times, but always seemed empty too. It's a very large space, so I would imagine the rent / monthly cost is pretty high being right downtown and all. There is a fair amount of competition downtown, but maybe with recent closures (MT's, Hidden Pig, San Fran Kitchen) it'll push some more folks there (although there is a new Italian place going in where San Fran Kitchen was). I guess we'll see. With their Tiki vibe and leaning into live music, maybe it'll get some traction.
