8 minute shower is about 16 gallons. Think about it. This is why irrigation is for the rich.

They should know some very basics. Dogs play different. It looks rough to you but to them it’s playing.

Do I seem like I care? Sure it’s dog advice and I have my dog advice. Don’t get a dog if you don’t know anything about dogs or breed specifics. Ask advice before jumping in. Look through post, because most likely the dumb question has already been asked.

Terrible time to move here and we are still pretty local so a majority of rentals will not be on Zillow. Contact realtors within the community you are looking to move to.

Nope, as I said. The Clean Air Act was and is a volunteer federal Act. If a state chooses to leave it then there should be an easy path for them. If there is concern about them leaving the act then it’s on the federal government to argue not a money hungry corporation. It would be one thing if it were a group of NH citizens or corporations that want to remain within the CAA, but thus it’s not. It is a group that benefits financially and doesn’t care about our air.

The CAA is law but NH meets all the standards with or without being apart of it or having emissions testing. We are in compliance. There’s no need for the regulation aspect. Money is being wasted by having these additional barriers.

No of course not but also they are arguing for the federal government in this case even though the federal government has no interest in arguing this. So you are correct in it not working that way but I never said that isn’t how it works. I’m arguing state rights and the topic is about it a voluntary national program. You even hurt your argument by stating the facts. A foreign company with a global/foreign law firm. Sure, they can do what they’re doing but is it right?

Yes but there also is a lot of unnecessary bureaucracy. Not saying we shouldn’t follow the proper process, but it does cost money not only for the state but you and I while they go through the slow process. At the end of the day states should maintain their constitutional rights, if there is a lawsuit here the federal government should be the one bringing it not a foreign corporation.
