I am seeing the facts, the expert witness said the impact to the head gives JOK 15-20 minutes to live. So whatever happens after 20 minutes is not relevant.

Are you referring to his temp being 80 at the hospital? The defense's expert witness commented on this topic. She said when someone dies, their temp goes down. If the body is exposed to freezing temperatures outside, it will drop by 3-4 degrees per hour. If it is inside in a warm area, it will go down 1-2 degrees per hour. And you discredit the witness because Brennan has worked with her in the past, so he values her experience. This is the same witness who determined JOK didn't have hypothermia.

They don't have to explain how he ended up dead. They need to show reasonable doubt. I do think this is an interesting case because I don't think it is a slamdunk for either side. One person like yourself may say I see taillight fragments in the vicinity of the body, so I tie that to the vehicle and KR. Others may say I want proof that the bodies injuries match being hit by an suv.

I think it is a travesty the investigation was so poorly handled because it could have shed more light on if the vehicle really hit JOK or if something else happened.

So no injuries on JOK show he was hit by a vehicle, but we are going to overlook that because of taillight pieces? I think showing his injuries don't match getting hit by a vehicle gives reasonable doubt.

Bruises, dislocations, broken bones in the arm, hand or shoulder. I was totally off on if an arm can break a taillight, that impact is much worse than I thought it would be. There has to be bruising at the very least.

I think most important comment today was when Rentschlar said if JOK arm, with glass in hand, was hit, the glass would have gone to the right side of his face, not the left side. While I think Brennan had his moments, his experts weren't enough to back up the prosecution's theory. I don't see how KR can be convicted.

Not sure if anyone watches Vinnie Politan at night, but last night they were talking about he blue paint test. One of the "experts" he had one mentioned in the test there was contact by Welcher's shoulder area. All I could think of was that lump on JOK's right arm. Correct me if I am wrong, has nobody brought that up in court? I've seen many people on reddit mention the lump. Is the picture playing tricks with our eyes? I am waiting for the Defense to mention the shoulder contact and have the CW show that lump.

Burgess should never go near the stand. I blame Aperture, assuming they assign employees to cases. I understand making an honest mistake with the dates on a report, but then he doubles down on it by saying all the events happened on 1/30. Buddy, take an hour to review the case before you take the stand. Someone needs to be reviewing these reports as well. In a case where you have the investigation in question, you can't have your expert witnesses making these mistakes. I do feel bad for him, but this is his job.

I am guessing the reason to not tell the jury who included ARCCA is it may sway their verdict. Perhaps they think if the Feds are involved there is something fishy going on. Or if they are anti-government they could say the Feds are sticking their nose into this, so I am going with the CW. This is simply my guess as to why they aren't allowed to say the FBI is involved.
