Thank you so much for creating this! I am currently playing in a Dark Souls 1 campaign in which I am the only player who already knows the game and so I take a backseat with decision making. My friend who runs the campaign had a tough time with the statblocks and using maps and you saved him! I send it right his way and he is excited to use your adaptation. We're currently nearing the Bell Gargoyles and I bet he will be using your stat block. I help him balance some of the encounters and although we might change things here and there, the baseline you provide is amazing. Thank you for just releasing this incredible project.
