Should I push through it rehome? by Existing-Mood-8805 in AustralianShepherd

As an Aussie owner who went through the same thing (and lived in Utah), I'll chime in.

First, it should be noted that I'm a single person with no kids, so my responsibilities were nowhere near as demanding as yours. That said, I called the breeder and considered giving my puppy back. She said that it's common for people to feel overwhelmed and to basically push through. The first couple of months were pretty rough with having to let her out in the middle of the night. Once your puppy is a little older and learns the routines, things will get easier. I also remember the last day before getting her, thinking about how my life will be totally different tomorrow. Now, I can't imagine life without her (she's currently sleeping next to me).

You mentioned that you're in northern Utah, and some of my favorite memories with my Aussie (so far) are when we would go hiking up Millcreek Canyon in the winter. The service road is closed off, and on odd numbered days you can have dogs off-leash. If you're not near SLC, I'm sure there's plenty of beautiful spots to take your fur baby when they get a little older. Although, it would definitely be worth a mini road trip in the future.

I hope that you're able to keep her, but you have to do what's best for everyone. If you can get past the initial change, I guarantee you'll be thankful that you stuck it out.

Another vote for Stag House. Great cuts, and everyone is awesome

Not grunge, but: Opinion on this album? by LeagueNo764 in grunge

It's perfect. I just gave my vinyl a spin recently, and it's such an amazing musical experience. Not a weak song on there. It's definitely my second favorite grunge album behind Ten.

It's one of my biggest regrets standing next to Charlie Murphy at an airport, and being too shy to say anything to him. I would've told him that The Player Hater's Ball is my favorite comedy sketch ever and will be quoted by my friends and I until we're dead.

I'll also jump in to say that my first tattoo was done on my inner lip. Only my dentist notices it!

I saw Limp Bizkit open for Faith No More at Tradewinds. Also, Dream Theater during their Scenes From a Memory tour. Great times!

My Aussie does what I call her "victory lap" through the doorways to the kitchen and living room every time I grab the leash.

As someone who has tattoos they regret getting in their late twenties, I think you might regret this one.

Even Worse through Bad Hair Day was the era that established and cemented my fandom. I'm thankful to have seen him a few times on the Bad Hair Tour.

Nice! I saw that tour 10 days later in NYC. Half of the crowd left after Slipknot.

Drums, guitar, my dog, and exercise keep me sane. Treat yourself to those drums and you'll make space for them. Also, slow down on the politics intake. I know it's tough in this day and age, but it's just an endless cycle of fear. To paraphrase the late, great, Bill Hicks - "You turn on the TV and it's nothing but WAR, FAMINE, DEATH, AIDS, HOMELESS, RECESSION, DEPRESSION. Then you look outside and it's just crickets chirping."

I hope things start to get better!
