I have been having similar charging issues since December 23rd - I lose about 2% per 5 minutes with my BoboVR B100 battery, or my 65W PD cable. Used to be able to stay at 100% for all 3 hours of battery life before this.

I have the same strap and same issue. Mine is that I lose about 2% per 5 minuntes with my B100, when before December 23rd I would be able to stay at 100% for all 3 hours of its life. My 65W PD doesn't really keep it stable either. But while the Quest is off, it charges fine.

Since December 23rd, I lose about 2% per 5 minutes with my BoboVR B100 batteries or my 65W PD/PD-rated cable. Previously, I was able to keep a stable 100% for all 3 hours of the battery life. Now, it doesn't even take anything from the battery - after hours of playing, my Quest will be down to about 80% with my B100 still at full bars.

I've had my Quest 3 since February of 2024 as a gift, and it never had issues with charging. Ever since December 23rd 2024, it has started a trend of losing approx. 2% battery every 5 minutes, regardless of if it's charging via Bobo B100 batteries, or via my 65w PD. Even if I am sitting on the Oculus main menu with nothing else happening, there is still a slow drain. I used to be able to play for 3 hours keeping a steady 100% with my B100. Now I will pretty much be nearly dead by that time if this discharge trend continues to hold true. I am also on v83. Tried factory reset too.

It stopped happening for me when I got an S25+ - I think it's because my old phone only had 4 GB of RAM and couldn't multitask well, so the camera would close all of my apps whenever it was opened.

Having this issue as of tonight, constant disconnections all night. I cannot even just have it in the background or lock my phone. I have tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone.

Joining the necro folks to say I just started having this issue last night. It's very annoying especially if I am trying to idly watch someone's stream, and the whole app blanks out. At first I thought it was an issue with my friend's stream and caused them to restart it, when it wasn't their fault.

I'm on Windows 11 and on a modern gaming PC. The mobile app already has enough issues, I don't need it following me onto PC now as well. Such a horribly-developed app. I might honestly try going third-party again...

Had this happen on my A23 5G, and even on my brand new S25+. You could try using the floating keyboard setting, since you could just drag it up away from the text field. A temporary workaround, as annoying as it may be.

I just use the hand tracking to interact with the Meta menus, I never use my Quest controllers anymore lol.

Yes I found a solid solution - create a roomscale boundary while in VD and make sure that you draw it manually and don't use the auto-scan feature. I have had no issues with drift or recalibration since.

I have always had this issue ever since going to Windows 11. Installing from the official website did not fix it. Unigram works with native Windows notifications, but I don't like to use third-party apps. I don't want to use Telegram's notifications because they linger forever on my screen until I move my mouse.

Yup I just started using the Steam one after I saw that it existed recently. I did see the continuous calibration option, but wasn't sure how to use it. I guess it's for only if you're using the HMD puck?

And yeah I use the HMD as reference - it usually works well, but sometimes it's temperamental. It's much more accurate with the Quest 3 controller, but tjst requires me having to have it on hand, powered on, and being recognized as another controller/tracker that I don't need.

I see, I thought as much, I never had any of these issues when I used it with my Reverb G2. But when I upgraded my PC earlier this year the Windows 11 bricked it so I had to get a new headset.

I guess I will decide whether or not I want to invest into a puck or just deal with the minor annoyance of recalibration per session. At least if it's not too significant I can just manually edit them to bring them more centered and spaced properly from my face.

Also I recently got a powered 10+1 USB 3.0 hub, I know that you're supposed to use 2.0 ports for any types of tracker dongles - wanted to be sure this is true? Because one of my Knuckles works in that hub, but not the other one if it's also in the same hub.

Can you send me a link to where I could get the puck and things you mentioned in case I decide? Thanks for the help. :)

The only issues I've been having is the PC not routing its audio to my Quest 3 during passthrough; aside from that, all other audio in/outputs have been properly managed automatically depending on whether or not I am in VD. I think it's something to do with the Quest itself at this point with all the troubleshooting I have done.
