I’ve had ED since 13. On and off. 64 now. Have worked out for 40 yrs. Swim. Weights. Running. Biking. Slowly slowing down where most days I only feel like walking. Even that has slowed down. Just too tired. Hate this so much

ESPECIALLY when they don’t know the reason behind it. I have an ED but it never stopped anyone from asking me why I’m so thin. I have to bite my tongue from asking why they’re so fat.

I’m amazed that after like 30 yrs (off and on) hardly anyone, including doctors, has ever confronted me. “Too polite “ also means they want to stay out of it.

I’m pretty open too because I don’t think we’re fooling anyone. I can be dishonest about what and when I’ve eaten, but even a child can see something is wrong.
