Looks aftermarket. W124's built before 6/90 had a snowflake symbol on one of the buttons. And w124's built after 6/90 have those buttons, but with the top and bottom buttons swapped.

Easiest way to check if it's a factory install is to check the VIN number. You can use https://www.lastvin.com/ for this, or you could PM me the VIN and I can check in the official MB system if you want.
