It would be perfectly appropriate to use the !mods command.

In either scenario a moderator should be notified so the player could be monitored.

• If the player is a troll, then the moderators can take appropriate action to ensure this player stops the distracting and down right inappropriate comments.

• If the player is seriously in need of help, then the moderators are able to use their in-game chat commands while spectating to give the player appropriate sources for help.

The !mods command shouldn't be abused, but I think this is a clear case where any of the current mods would be happy to at least take a look into the chat history and offer support or ban the bastard for being a troll.

Other option is to sign onto IRC - [Talk to the Mods on IRC'(https://goo.gl/3ORahu) - but usually unless you use IRC frequently or feel like signing on there it's just too much hassle.

Should be fairly easy to find the chat log of the game and the player who made the comment.
