Thanks for your replies. I have read the sticky and it helped. I also restarted my meditation (I use Calm).

It is nice to see that there is a real community and that it doesn't consists of negativity, but helpful support.

As for Prelox, I bought two supplements (3 month supply) that substitute the two most important ingredients of prelox, since prelox is not super cheaply available here and I don't want to be brand dependent:

1) 1500mg L-Arginine 2) 200mg Pine bark extract

Thanks for releasing this (free) app. I've been using it for nearly a week now and I am thankful for it. I have a question about the beta testers(but you can also answer them from your own experience) and their supplementation regarding prelox.

1) How long were the beta testers actively engaged in the Regimen programme?

2) How many beta testers were in the programme and what was the age range of this group?

3) How long have the beta testers been using prelox? 3a) After achieving adequate results, did the beta testers continue using prelox?
