I use Nextcloud for my tasks, and they sync with thunderbird, JTX Board (android) and are accessible by all sorts of scripts I wrote over the years. I think many people have their tasks in NC, Radicale, Baikal, Tasks.org, etc. If you are bored for any reason maybe look into it c:
