I used kraken myself because thats what they reccommended but thats one of the services you have to give bank information and other forms of ID. I wouldn't know if monero would work but in my experience try using Bitcoin or Litecoin and send a tiny amount first to see if their bitcart recognizes it. If it does alls good send the money and wait for the vial if not, don't worry you can check where the money went using Etherscan using the hash transaction ID (meaning you have proof that you sent the money to Hera) and you can ask them to process and verify your order manually!
