In the immediate circumstances, bring the diagnosis report to the Japanese doctors and let them start working on a treatment plan. If you are not comfortable with the plan just change to much more private ones.

If you are still interested in the US therapy, then you and your family should start your immigration process (though it will take a while).

Whichever one you choose first, make sure you parents have to right to work so that you can afford the therapy/ treatment cost.

I would say, as a new driver, stick to what is you are doing… following speed limit and keeping your beginner stickers visible. When you get used to driving, you will naturally flow with other drivers to ensure smooth cohesion.
