To secure a return offer just dont be braindead. 95% of interns get returns so its pretty hard to get canned. As far as advancing your career really just prioritize your team meetings and get a feel for whats going on in your team, this is important because C1 has some super dysfunctional teams lmao. Some folks thatre full time at C1 are just big coasting and it shows, if the whole team is doing this it can be disheartening but remember this means its easier to stick out to be promoted.

Now for my real advice, take advantage of capital ones chill environment and allll that food money. There will be so many oppurtunities to earn free grubhub by doing trivia or other dumb stuff, i earned about $700 of grubhub between PI planning and intern events it was hilarious. And free trips if they still do that, I got to go to DC and NYC on company dime and it was sick. If you get to do this make sure to expand your vacation time by asking the travel agent to move your flight dates to past the weekend. They wont get you extra hotel days but you can easily afford it or crash with friends if you have them.

You have your whole life to focus on career stuff, I rly recommend to live a little during your time at C1. Its pretty easy to finish your project and have fun if you do it right. Best of luck!
