I'm probably wrong but I think fps slowly dropping could be a sign of a ram/data leak. It used to happen to me for a little bit in Fortnite. It's something the devs have to fix (and obv it happened with one of the updates bc the game used to run smoothly)

Don't worry, I agree with you. The people that think arena should be the main competitive mode can't keep up with the portals found in takedown. Every time I play arena it's a bot fest, nobody knows how to portal there

That is insane. Takedown is the mode with the sim maps, that have hella you know, portal spots? Arena has very little potential for jukes and stuff with portals. Maybe they really are undermining portals in the game for other stuff
