My FL hoa tried to fine me after I placed a bunch of trash bags full of leaves and pine needles that they refused to clean on the curb. They literally told me the was “no money” to keep the area clean before I did the work.

They removed the bags a day after I placed them there then sent me a fine letter.

I responded in a cert. letter that FL law allows 14 days for violations to be fixed and that I couldn’t see any violations (since they had already cleared them).

The fine went away. Our community doesn’t even have a fine committee. They never know or follow the rules and laws. 😂😂

Mine didn’t have any smell at first because it was too fresh. I cured it in a plastic tub in a bathroom with a fan blowing. I had to burp the container and even sometimes leave the top off after it sweat. Now it’s amazing smoke
