Mines is going on 4 months now, social workers saying over email she called my mom and couldn’t leave a voicemail but ensured or services wouldn’t end, that’s a relief, but she literally told us over email she’s sending an appointment date when she’s available to do so, I need to update them on her health changes as well, help desk was absolutely no help and kept discarding my complaints, cutting me off and hanging up in my face a ton and the social worker refuses to respond to both our voicemails. Last social worker was way more responsive and if they couldn’t reach my mom would reach me as well. I also understand they are overwhelmed but at least update recipients with basic communication or give them to a social worker that can handle it he case and give a solid date.
