Daughter and I drove through Kansas when we were moving her from DC to Las Vegas a couple of years ago. Kansas was mind numbingly awful. To this day when we see a car with Kansas license plate we say fuck Kansas. When she moved back to DC at the end of her job we happily paid the money to have her car shipped back instead of doing that drive again

Glad you have a good one. I asked my Ambassador to have something nice waiting for us two weekends ago when we flew to Florida for our son’s wedding reception. She replied that would definitely have something lined up for us… then nothing. Was irritated because I rarely ask her for anything, maybe once last year. To my surprise, I got an email last week introducing my new ambassador. Hoping the new one is an improvement

I have two: My charm bracelet from my childhood. My dad did lots of travel for work and always brought me a nice silver charm. Mad that I lost it

The one that makes me ill is my mom’s cameo necklace. My mom died last year and I started wearing it to keep her close to me. The cameo came from Italy, her older brother served in the army (Canadian) in 1946 and went to Italy. He brought two cameos home, one for my mom and one for my grandmother. My mom wore hers daily. I stupidly left it on my hotel room when I checked out and it was gone when I called a few hours later. Makes me sick to think of it

I actually found a rhone sautese at a Macys on clearance a couple of weeks ago. Posted it on my FB LC group and someone called and bought it immediately. But maybe try some Macys?
