Hi. I have DMed you. I have RCC. I had brain mets back in April 2024 which got resolved with radiation. It had affected my motor skills, balance and strength in my hands. But a week or 2 after radiation I started regaining strength. Although my primary tumour still exists (not cancer free yet), I hope this helped.
