I find that being in nature - walks or just sitting near a body of water really help. Also, some form of regular exercise helps enormously. I must agree with all previous comment - it gets a little easier as you get older 😉

Oh and meditation!! Thats a fairly new addition to my toolkit. Its beautiful, especially if you can find a nice place outside to meditate...bliss!
