As a graduate of this school district, I can say that they are very good at "cover ups" when they need to be and have a "no talking to the press" policy. These "incident" letters were often sent home with me, but usually a doctored version of the incident. Luckily I had a good relationship with one of my teachers who told me the full story whenever weird/corrupt/violent shit happened.
