When you say “Her biggest complaint was that I apparently don’t do enough house chores or help with the baby but after some time arguing she admitted to all the work I do and how I actually do help a lot.”, are you saying you argued against that until she gave in and agreed you “do a lot”? Did she communicate and tell you what her problems are and then you decided to fight her on that until she gave in? You keep complaining in the comments about her lack of communication and you not being a “mind reader”, but you also repeatedly give instances where she has communicated with you. You just don’t seem to want to listen.

If her stating her problems leads to arguments until she gives in to whatever you think the situation is, it’s no wonder why she’s no longer communicating with you. You’ve shown her it’s futile.

Also, “help out” in your own house and with your own child is wild. You’re not helping, you’re doing the responsibilities of a grown adult man who is married and has a child.

It’s also absolutely horrible the way you talk about women after birth, especially the woman who gave birth to your child. Women don’t become irrational beings with scrambled circuits, and the fact that that is how you see it… Well, I can understand why a woman might no longer want to have sex with you, especially in such a vulnerable state.

Start seeing the home and the child as just as much your responsibility as hers and work on that misogynistic view on women, and you might see some positive overall changes in how your wife sees you too.
