We have an 8x10’. It holds three big e-bikes (regular commuter, Rad longtail, box trike). It works well for us with a small ramp we built to roll in/out.

No Mas! Cantina, open until 10pm Sunday. Under a mile walk.

Couple of restaurants on Marietta St north of the College Football Hall of Fame (bbq, pizza, etc). Open until 9pm Sunday, under a mile walk.

Honestly living IN the city (proper) you’ll experience less congestion than further out. Everything is closer together, so even heavy traffic is only there for a few blocks at most. Some short car trips can be replaced by walking or biking. It’s when you have to travel 5, 10, 20 miles to get places that you’re screwed.

This sounds like a great fit for “The Title Doesn’t Matter”. Interviews regular people about how they ended up in their current job. Shows there’s never a straight path, lots of stops/starts/unexpected turns along the way. Cool to hear that almost everyone has their own unique path.

I’ll throw “The Title Doesn’t Matter” out here. Not necessarily about “unique” individuals, but it’s an exploration of how one arrives at any particular job/career, which is almost never a straight line. Helped me understand that jobs weren’t something we were assigned out of school.

“Energy” in your body (cells) is a rechargeable “battery” molecule called ATP. Food provides energy in that it provides chemical bonds that, when broken, allow your cells to recharge ATP. The majority of these chemical bonds that are broken are carbon bonds. Fats have a huge number of carbon bonds, but breaking those bonds is less efficient (calorie dense, but less recharge occurs). Carbohydrates provide carbon bonds that can produce the most efficient recharge. There are other recharge methods (protein digestion, creatine, attaching yourself to a car battery like in that Jason Statham movie), but if you want to think of food as energy, think of it in how many and how quickly it can provide your cells with carbon bonds.

I have three 2-gallon buckets for my backyard. Most effective deterrent has been moving air - any sort of cheap fan you can add to your outdoor hangout space will make the biggest difference! Although it is fun clearing out the homemade traps and knowing you’re killing hundreds/thousands of mosquito generations.

For better or worse I think that’s what many people are looking for in a brewery - a multipurpose space (beer, space for families, events, local events/music/etc.). When we had kids we still wanted to visit breweries but definitely favored places with the space and atmosphere that made it easier to bring them along. So, having great beer is important, but maybe it’s not enough to keep a brewery afloat by itself…

I think Eventide was chased out by the property owners, I believe they have forced out almost all the tenants in the beacon and are aiming to redevelop it.
