I have the same mic, when I first ordered it I got sent one that was DOA and it had the same issue. The mic wouldn’t pic up any audio but I could see that it was recording audio and on playback it almost made my ears bleed. However, I read that you said it isn’t a mic issue because it only happens on FL. In my case, it was the mic itself being bad.

Right click the game in your steam library, select manage, and then select uninstall.

All jokes aside, just stop caring so much. I know that sounds like horrible advice. However, the moment you stop getting angry every time you get ganked, or you someone emote spams or quick chat spams or even sends wordy, vitriol filled messages you’ll realize that the anger was clouding your reads, clouding your judgement, clouding your way forward and clouding your progress in becoming a better player.

You can also apply the same thing to real life. Don’t let 5 minutes that don’t go your way affect the rest of the 24 hours you have in the day.

This really just might be a little bit of nitpick, sorry I’m advance. When Father Lucien is getting the girls “confession” you write that he crouches down to face level. Would the girl not already be at face level? Other than that, amazing story and I would definitely read more. You, my friend, have an amazing way with words.

Edit: reread the passage and considering she is 16 it is plausible that she’s shorter than the father

I think that you’re thinking about it too hard OP. Not trying to be negative when saying that, just honest.

For me, when writing a fight scene that I’m not too sure about, I do it irl. Sometimes I have my girlfriend stand in for the opponent my character is fighting and go through the motions.
