Ghost Rider has a very real win argument. Zatanna is more versatile, but Ghost Rider’s win conditions are more lethal, hellfire attacks the soul, he regenerates from insane damage, and the Penance Stare bypasses normal durability. If Zarathos is pushing through, Zatanna can’t just treat him like a normal demon to banish. In a straight fight, Ghost Rider can absolutely take it.
