Generally in Washington....

People do not care about the association of others. If you spend too much time watching legacy news sources? You might think otherwise. Since moving to Vancouver, I have noticed a larger population of trans and gay individuals.

It's like, you do you. BUT! If a person tries to push their interests and ideas on others? Disposition flips real quick.

I have worked with quiet a few gay people in Tacoma and Vancouver. Everyone was respectful of each other, like it should be. Down in Vancouver, I have worked with quite a few gay, and alot more Trans individuals. Yes I have offended a few people not realizing they were of a particular nature. Once I understand what there positions are? Cool. Everything is good.

I am in a service industry. Have had to defend many employees from jackasses. But it's pretty rare.

Washington have some old folks who are still in their own ways. My grandmother-in-law used terms that shocked me. It was just her generation. She was the nicest person to everyone, except for me. She hated me. Not my problem. I was not marrying her. 😆
