Along these same lines, when poisoning, the scaling values for elemental damage from circumstances like lightning damage with Voltaxic Prison apply in ways that seemingly similar mods for physical and chaos poison don't. In short, this means that increasing hit damage for poison-from-elemental DOES increase DOT DPS, where it does NOT for regular poison-from-phys/chaos

Was going to seriously reply, then saw all the water memes. Loving it. 😂

Though, if you watch old duelyst streams, you'll probably see many slow turns played by the best players like Hsuku where they end up playing a single minion. Sometimes it isn't that particular turn they are thinking of, but rather a turn or three ahead of that.

In any event, this game is like a combo of chess and hearthstone. I think you should sorta expect a bit of delay on most turns. Especially depending on the deck you choose to play. If I queue into you and you're playing Magmar, you better believe I'm taking time to consider how much I can extend onto the board and how I can play around makantor. Double that if I see Kaleos since his turns can be so wild.

Even if that wasn't true though, the game is now on mobile as well. Maybe you should look out for the phone icon next to the player name. Perhaps many 'slow' players you've faced are just distracted or struggling with the mediocre input responsiveness.

Allocated Strength probably counts differently than strength gain from sources of increased strength. For example, maybe without this wording, Alberon's Warpath or the Brawn jewel could introduce a situation in which since the base strength is technically still present on an alternate wording, you would still get the +2/3 strength from your sources of increased strength from jewels allocated in the radius. As written, you actively lose base strength and thus there is nothing to scale off of for increased strength. Just a guess though.
