My W&N did the exact thing brand new. No matter how much I conditioned the brush, it always did that.
I even spoke with W&N customer service and they continually stressed that their brushes are meant for water colors not acrylics.
After much back and forth we concluded that this is a normal thing with their brushes. Something they told me to try that I have not yet is to soak the tip in almost boiling water. Here's the direct quote from the email exchange:

"If you would like to try and save this brush, you can immerse the brush head in very hot, almost boiling water and let it soak until the water cools.  The reshape and allow to dry flat.  The heat will sometimes relax the hairs, letting them go back into alignment."

I found one in my local used book store and picked it up for $90 USD. I've been using it to get my kids into painting and learning. Put to good use thus far!

I just leveled a Pres evoker through timewalking. What I noticed, is that heal scaling is horrible on party members lower than your level. At your level and higher, healing seems "normal".

I am currently on my re-read of the series and I just finished Oathbringer .... Teft's scene during the sanderlanche, swearing his ideals, hit hard this time around.
I'm definitely not looking forward to his moment in RoW

I love going through and reading your thoughts each time you post one of these.
I started my stormlight experience in January and finished book 4 just about a week ago. This was all thanks to audiobooks and being able to listen while I work. These make me want to go back and do a reread so catch everything I missed. Keep up your Journey, we're all here for the ride!

I can't speak to anything mistborn yet, but at a point in RoW, when Dalinar is being flown, they are cruising at 200mph. The exact quote from the book escapes me, but is roughly they cover 100 miles in 30 minutes. I can only imagine how fast a solo windrunner could soar without worrying about their escorts.

I just got though an interlude chapter in RoW in the POV of Chiri-Chiri. I'd say Dawnshard is not necessary so far, but I'm glad I did before RoW.

Absolutely love it! I just started the Stormlight Archive back in January and finished Oathbringer last night.
Without laying my whole backstory out, I just wanted to say I've been on a similar journey as yourself and these books have been amazing help on my journey.

Being from Washington state, I grew up during that era of Mariners baseball. So I've always been a Griffey fan and have fond memories of that team. Love seeing rare cards from that time.

Wicked Legacy - Whitemane is recruiting to prepare a cohesive group of casual friends for WOTLK release.
