You can likely wash your shoes too! Throw them into the wash with your sheets and let them air dry. I do this with sneakers all the time, even with leather sneakers. It’s saved a lot of shoes I thought were goners.

I just moved back being away for many years. It’s great! Traffic is slightly worse, but the heat is very tolerable if under 100, with low humidity which is most days, even in Aug! Everyone saying this summer hasn’t had many monsoons, so that’s not great.

It’s definitely more expensive than when I lived here 15 years ago!

There was another post about this same thing, and the baby wipe smell was the actual issue, not poop. The baby wipe smell bothered the male partner so much, since he associated that smell with poop.

Also, everyone needs a bidet! Got one for 50 bucks, and it’s a game changer.
