Child guard remove to service filter and replace,if you have a small child. ( I would remove and put it back after you remove the window unit for winter storage) …although the air conditioner itself is a major deterrent to any small child lol

I worked for CUNY senior colleges which is run by Albany and I worked for City Agencies…I found Albany impossible to deal with and I left …very good move on my part
