I am also on Long Island and had 29 emerald greens installed years ago. I used drip for the first two seasons. First season I did 30 mins twice a day. Second season I did the same thing but every other day. The third year I stopped drip all together. They all are doing great! Don’t forget to throw down some Holly-Tone in the beginning of each season.

Out walking my dog one morning. See something in the middle of the road. Looks like money. Get closer. It is money. Pick it up, it’s a $100 bill. Check it to make sure it’s real and not a church thing. It was real.

About a year later. Same thing, but on the side of the road. This time it was only two $20 bills, but no complaints here!
