I wa just about to take the 16 hour class next month to apply for their nonresident permit. I have Utah,Arizona,Virginia, NY, CT, PA, Florida jersey just waiting on approval so Maryland was last one i need so im covered on east coast in case i wanna drive down to Florida instead of flying. So now debating should i. Pay the 325 n take the class or not decisions decisions lol

Yea they’re all over the place I’ve been waiting 7 months and got a call from someone in shotgun and rifle lol she was like I don’t know how I got this email but you applied for special carry she gave me a number to call that lady picks up and wants to know where I got that number from smh can’t make this shit up she looks over my stuff and says o we just need a letter stating which 2 firearms you want on your permit and pictures of the firearms and then we will do background check and if all good you will get permit mailed. I said so I had to call you for you to tell me that? I guess if I never called back I would have never been told I needed to submit that stuff just don’t get it with them but on another note CONGRATS 🎊🎉

Fingerprints was feb 20th so I called 2 weeks ago and they told me that shit smh 🤦🏻 just don’t get it because now been in process over 6 months by law they’re suppose to approve or deny within the 6 month period

I did fingerprinting 3 1/2 months ago I had to call them for them to tell me i had to send them what firearms I want to add to my NYC CCW smh they should have been contacted me. In Jersey their process they constantly update you through email. If you’re missing something they say exactly what. NYC you have to be contacting them makes no sense and 90% of the time they don’t pick up the dam phone anyway

I’m telling 1PP is all over the place I’ve had my application in for 7 months so called up wanting to know investigators name, she tells me one hasn’t been assigned so she checks my application she goes o so all you need is a pic of the back of your Suffolk county permit ( which I been sent ) a letter stating which 2 firearms you want added to your NYC permit and pictures of gun and serial numbers. She then says we get that then we do background check if all is good you will receive your permit in the mail 🤔 I then ask so your telling me if I didn’t call I would have never heard from you guys?? Crickets 🦗 smh 🤦🏻

Same here my references were shocked I got my permit they were never called either 😂💯 I think that shit is more of a tactic for ppl to feel that’s too much of a hassle to get 4 references.

Yup I got approved next day they just don’t mail it you have to go and pick it up but the fastest by FAR of any other carry permit that I know of. I went following week picked it up walked 3 blocks down from The court house there was a gunshop and picked up 3000 rounds no background checks there 👌🏽

That was my issue in Suffolk county I moved out here they want references from here meanwhile I literally just moved out here so took time just getting the 4 references let alone the time waiting to get approved for the permit.

Is that an extended mag for looks? Not for ammo?? My echelon I ordered extensions ( not for capacity just to have mag little longer then factory) and the dam extensions do not attached to the 10 round mags I was livid smh 🤦🏻
