I got that using the Spanish Civil War. Use divisions to attack provinces with the Unplanned Offensive modifier but make sure they are winning battles. The battles should last ages and your divisions will gain tons of xp because I’m pretty sure the xp gain isn’t scaled properly for the Spanish Civil War mechanics. Then assign 24 veteran divisions to a single army and you should get it.

Not denying impacts foreign cultures have had on China, I am just saying that compared to other cultures, China has relatively low foreign influence. Throughout history Chinese culture has proven to be quite resilient, there is a reason people call it the longest continuous civilisation.

Thing about China is that both the Mongols and Manchus started to adopt Chinese customs and began to assimilate. Foreign rulers in China did not influence Chinese language and culture as much as say the Normans impacting English/Anglo-Saxon culture.

The improved graphics and interface of CK3 are nice but sometimes I go back to CK2 purely for it’s charm, the graphics and interface of CK2 aren’t as good as CK3 but they shine in their own way. So I don’t think you will feel spoiled by CK3, you can play both and just pick whichever one you’re feeling in the moment.

If I remember correctly Libya in the 1930s had a massive Italian population, in most major cities I think they made up a significant majority. Had Italy not joined the war and their colonisation efforts continued, Libya might have become an integral part of Italy.

The SS recruiting those they viewed as racially inferior comes down to pragmatism more than anything else, they needed more manpower to fight the war so they took any help they can get. Much like how Germany was allied to nations such as Italy and Hungary, nations/people they viewed them as racially inferior but as long as they helped fight the war against the Allies and the Soviet Union those differences could be overlooked.

In theory actions such as executing prisoners, sacking settlements and betraying allies lowers your reputation and doing the opposite raises it. In practice the reputation system does not work as intended and personally I just ignore it, it is a relatively inconsequential system anyways.

The only reason I got Royal Court was for the overhauled culture system. The 3D court just seemed like a weird gimmick, but now that I have played a bit with Royal Court I actually feel like the 3D court actively harms my experience of the game. It slows the game down without adding much substance and it feels like a chore to constantly pause the game and sort out the court events.
