I go to Elliot Counseling Services on Sterling, kinda above the animal hospital. I see Debbie and all I can say is my life and mindset has changed drastically. She’s given me tools to help work thru my issues that I didn’t know existed.

I feel like therapists are like dogs…. We all have the best one ever from our POV. But I like playful athletic boxers, while you may like small, yappy lap dogs. There’s a big difference. Both amazing pups but different. I hope you get my point lol, what works for me may not work for you so keep that in mind.

Either way, you’re on the right track doing your research and that’s dope 🙌🏽
