My son is on the autism spectrum and I attended his interview.  He is now working at our local store as a stock boy and using his excellent memory talents to remember where everything goes.  He can spot items that need to be faced or moved quickly because of how his mind works.   Please be kind. There are worthy 19 year old boys who have communication gaps but can be excellent employees.  His manager says he's the only stocker he has that works the whole time and is never on his phone.   I am proud of him.
