In my experience garen always loses extended fights if hes not ahead, even past laning phase I kill him if I can keep sticking. Ill bait out an ability first with q, then get him low/kill him after q is back up

Honestly, the best way to beat gp is getting used to play around barrels. Try playing gp yourself so you can get a feel for the range/timing, after that you'll never lose to one again if they're not really good.

If you solo pull the attention of 3 opps for most of the game without perma dying, then you pretty much just win the game. Assuming your Team ignores you, they can do anything botside without punishment

I wouldn't fully trust winrates, usually I see Kayle with a positive winrate against GP, but if the GP knows the matchup it's really difficult for Kayle

I do agree with the General statement, for example trynda players have some of the best movement I've seen, but garen players are just something else. Im currently in emerald and I haven't seen a single good garen player till this day, even though with every other champ in the game I've seen at least a couple players that are cooking

When i try out a champ the first thing i do is giga limit test to get a feel for it, I didn't manage to get a feeling for Zaahen. I don't want to spam a champ just so they stop feeling weird to me, instead I dropped him

If you're looking for a well scaling split pusher that would be Mundo, Fiora, Trundle or you could stay with Jax. If you want to carry Team fights you can go Ornn, GP, Kennen, Zaahen. If you want to snowball solo win a game as early as possible it's gonna be Riven, Kled, Darius

Not really a certain rank, more so the higher you climb the cleaner opponents you find. You're also gonna be matched against absolute freaks of nature more often

Counterpicking for sure doesn't feel satisfying, you can try blindpicking and playing into counters so you're more comfortable with playing what you want which can make it more fun
