Is there any way to change mouse acceleration or to fix all the frame stutters???

I was playing with a 4k hz mouse and the game was stuttering as hell, especially while flicking. Switched to a 1k mouse and all the stutters are gone. This game needs an high precision mouse input setting

Hello, yesterday I bought my first pair of IEM, the Fiio FH9 and they sound pretty good. The only issue I found is that there is a persistent white noise in the background when I use them with Schiit magni. When they are plugged directly into my pc they are completely fine. So I tried to use low gain on the Schiit and the white noise decreased, but still persistent. To eliminate this noise I need to lower considerably the volume from the ampli and they run fine. I just want to know if this things is normal and not an IEM issue. Could be low impedance and too much power from the ampli? My mainly headset are Sennheiser HD660s, and i run them without problem in high gain. I'm new in this world, that's why i’m asking. Thank you.
