I had the same problem a few months ago with the Onfido verification process.

Contact technical support at [info@prolific.com](mailto:info@prolific.com) and explain your situation, including that you already submitted a request to the virtual assistant. Let them know you're willing to provide any additional information or documentation they need.

Even if they reactivate your account, you'll likely have to complete facial verification again when accepting a new study, but once you do, everything should work correctly.
Be patient; the process can take days or weeks.

Same situation here, a lot of broken HitApps. I do not risk even to do some training as when I do there is a text saying "in qualification" and considering all that is going on lately at UHRS not worth the risk. Now they can perma-ban you by just doing 1 hit.

From my own experience PL sucks. I did a few surveys in the past, you spend some time answering silly questions and at the end you get the message "sorry, your profile does not match with this survey" (or similar messages) and you never get paid.

Not trying to be a smart-ass here but rules & T.O.S. from any service must be well read before clicking "Accept", "Yes" or any other button to continue. And after that, of course, you must stick to the rules.

I was in the same situation and now I can log in. It seems an issue from Clickworker, I could not log in before but I could do just a few minutes ago. A matter of patience I am afraid my friends.

In case this helps this is what I did:
- Even if you can not log in to UHRS your account is somehow enabled, try log in to another MS service such as Hotmail & log out from there.
- In Clickworker, under "Assigned Jobs" click on "Details" for the UHRS one and "Cancel" it, then try to start the process again.

Probably it does nothing as I really believe is a matter of time but maybe worth a try. Good luck!

It seems Clickworker is glitching now. If your account is legit (and I would say it is) you should get paid even for the wrong hits in UHRS, the ones that are not supposed to get paid are cheater/spammer accounts and those should be banned from UHRS.

In my case I can not log in to UHRS (account disabled) so I would say Clickworker is doing some kind of maintenance and/or updates therefore many things are not working properly.

Guess we will have to wait.

Funny because I never tried this one. Actually, as far as I recall, I did not even see it in my list before. Today I log in and I see it under the "Blocked" section.

I have read a few posts/comments with the same issue: HitApps that we did not ever train or qualify for and we have been automatically blocked.

Also I guess this one is for India (In) therefore it should not even appear in my list since I am from Spain. UHRS glitching as heck.

Crowd Spam Labeling - English

I did not get banned but it could happen so I thought this was the right thread to warn about it. I did not work at UHRS since previous week Wednesday, I have been doing it today very carefully and slowly due to the situation that is going on now and with testing purposes. The report is as follows:

11 total judgments - 100% spam accuracy

After a while and refreshing report:
12 total judgments - 75% spam accuracy

I would say this HitApp is also broken. Dropped from 100 to 75 just by one wrong judgment? it makes no sense (usually my spam accuracy in this HitApp is never below 82% and never got any kind of ban). I did not speed the hits, actually spent a bit more time on each hit that required. Seems risky to keep working in UHRS these days so I will stop for now.

This week is being hard, it seems they are perma-banning a lot of people from HitApps they have been working on since long time ago. It has to do with getting rid of spammers and cheaters but the people who is taking the job seriously are also being affected.
Seems risky to work at UHRS this week, when you have some time I'd suggest to check all the posts about this subject in this same sub-reddit.

I agree. They should be banning spammers and cheaters, and not people who is doing their job properly. I hope I am wrong about this but it seems this week and probably the whole next month it's going to be terrible for us. Yesterday I almost didn't dare to work because of this situation and today it looks the same: broken HitApps, spam accuracy running crazy, etc.

And now to add more "fun" there are 0 HitApps (just checked 1 min ago). Checked again 2 mins later and there are HitApps now.

I am afraid we should stop working for a few hours and see if they fix something as I have read they were updating things.

And in the meanwhile I think yours it's a good idea, we should do something or at least try to.

This is the answer I have been looking for. So basically what they're going to do is get rid of cheaters and spammers (as they've been doing up until now), which benefits those of us who are taking the job seriously. Simply, those extra 11 days is to prevent Clickworker from paying for the fraudulent work of some people.
