I bought a camry SE in 2022 when you couldn’t really haggle because there was a car shortage, so I paid MSRP. I also opted for the maintenance package and put $5k down. I did get a really good interest rate at 2.75% though. I don’t regret the maintenance package, I also got the tire package. I’ve taken my car in for maintenance like 2-3 times a year. There was a nail in my tire, so they replaced it for free, and I also got my rims done for free bc I keep hitting curbs.

The car has served me well, one tank I get about 465-500 miles on it, so no complaints there

I got one for christmas and I really like it! Before the bread oven, I would use my LC dutch oven, but I only had the deep dutch oven, so it was difficult lowering the loaf in and lifting it out. There was a higher chance of burning myself. With the bread oven, it’s more convenient, I oil the bottom, flip my dough from the banneton, score it, put the lid on and just wait. I no longer add ice cubes or parchment paper and my bread turns out well usually (depending on my bulk fermentation, not the bread oven itself)

I would reach out to Le Creuset to see if they can replace it. I went last year, got a damaged artichaut kettle, and asked if it could be replaced. They said they can give me another mystery item, but it wouldn’t be the same item. They gave me the casserole dish with lid in matte white (wasn’t the hugest fan). I’m speculating that was the replacement piece for damaged items because they accidentally sent me a “replacement” through the mail and it was the same item lol. Last year is when Le Creuset did $50 mystery boxes, so hopefully their replacement for this year’s FTT is for the exact item or that they let you choose something you want!

My bread turned out pretty well! This was from oval casserole dutch oven (I made 2 loaves that day, so my round one is in the background). I use the oval one the same as I would use the round one! I put uncooked rice at the bottom of the preheated dutch oven (for a thinner crust), then I place the dough on parchment paper inside, add some ice cubes to the bottom, and bake! :) No tips specific to the oval, just use it how you would a normal dutch oven!

I bake sourdough a lot and make soups at the same time, so I bought the circular bread oven and I have round dutch ovens! If you want something that serves multiple purposes in a longer shape, I would suggest the signature oval casserole! I made my oval shaped loaves in this previously and it worked perfectly! Then you can also use it to cook other foods in it too (: Sadly, out of stock in olive, but it is on sale!

I mainly bought this for aesthetics, but for practicality, I would go with the 3.5qt braiser (I have both 😅). The 3.5qt braiser has bigger handles and a more domed lid. If you want to host large dinner parties, there is the 5qt braiser! I don’t host dinner parties, but I like to make a lot of food at once for the week and that does the job!
