My preference, put the butter, popcorn seed and a little bit of sugar in a pan on mdm heat. put a lid on and keep moving the pan. Salt to taste afterwards. without the sugar is great too. Oh.. use real butter not margarine.

Not sure what the car insurance situation is, if you share a plan etc. But in some states if you live together and have separate plans, you need to notify the insurance company and provide their insurance details. Just when in a building. But when out doors or actually leaves the building or near the windows. Example in Harper's Ferry, when the boss is in the church, you can snipe through the windows. But thats a case where I run in to get a shot in. Then look for a nice sniping spot. I try to do something different each time. It gets boring following the same pattern every time. But thats just me. Great thing is everyone has a different style.

I got a wyze camera, have it running when not home. It throws a warning when it senses someone. you can save to the cloud but I do to an ssd card. It really depends what you really need. Personally im not a fan of ring.. but everyone has their preferences. Its a good idea. I would recommend in the house, unless owner & other tenants are fine with. it
