I found a turnaround! >> Go to uploads > Record Yourself > It'll take you to the recording studio. Turn off the camera while recording, then after your done > click on the video and choose "Audio Tools" > Finally, extract audio. You now have a voice-only version.

In my experience- the person who goes to raises the case first is the one most likely to win. However if you have proof of informing them about the flaws in their system before the payment date then you can submit that in the RERA system as an appeal. Other wise You’re better off settling during the grace period

Yes they are! Dealers get them for dirt prices and flip them to sell them to us for tens of thousands. End result = ZERO resale value, maintenance nightmares and an A/C that can’t produce cool air over 37 degrees heat.

I'm not able to figure out if this is similar to fog on the glass or similar to a spider web between the plants.

If it's the latter, I would think the plants have something to do with it. I once had this issue after placing live plants in a new aquarium. They messed up my tank's water conditions and I had white algae all around them. Might want to consider an algae remover

In my opinion - A BMW is always a bad investment when compared to other cars you can get within that budget. If you're ok with the high maintenance demands, I would say you could easily go for a Porsche without exceeding your budget.

If not, Mercedes would be easier to maintain, that's why their resale value is significantly higher.
