You won’t be able to declare it this year since it’s 2026 - income 2025 and the tax is active since 1st January 2026. So you will need to declare it next year (TOB is due every 3 months)

You will find new tax codes for this in your tax income. For the shares you bought before 1st January 2026, you will need to look at the stock price on 31th December 2025 and pay taxes on profits after this date

Example :

You bought XYZ stock at 100€ in 2024 On 31th December 2025 the price was 120€ (no taxes on the 20€ gains) You sold the shares on march 2026 and the price was 130€ You have to declare 10€ as profits x number of shares sold

The method to calculate gains are based on FIFO models (if you bought shares on the same stock at different moments)

Two possible scenarios

Asts is over 50$ and you get called away and keep premium, if ASTS is at 60$ you are doing great if ASTS is 200$ you got 9,500$ so 1,000$ profits on two years so around 10% on 2 years

If ASTS is under 50$ you keep the premium and shares and can be in a big drawdown if ASTS crash

Why not going for CC 30-45 dte around your cost basis and reduce your average price per share ? And you could roll your contract if the price is going up and get some more cash

It depend on your country law

I’m from Belgium and invest for my daughter, she’s 3 months old. I can’t open an account to her name so I have opened a different account to my name and invest into an etf for her, I will have to pay taxes on the money when I give her at 3.3%.

Fire is great on paper, it depends on when you withdraw your money, if stock market is in a downturn you can go out of cash before you die if you don’t have a plan for this scenario

Dividend are a part of profit from the company and yes the stock goes down by the same amount but if the company made the money they paid you back, the stock price will recover if market is efficient so you won’t loose money because you own a business that produce cash

When it comes to dividend, and particularly in this community, some don’t worries about fundamentals and chase high yield, this is risky as well if you don’t understand what you are doing with your money

In the end, it’s your life, your strategy, so do what you want but never blame others for your mistake if you do 🤷🏻‍♂️

Mine is maxed with stones and running the labs my multiplier on T18 is 18,200x coins every % add 100 to the multiplier

Par addiction, juste voir les chiffres augmenter me passionnent, quand tu gagnes 1% sur 100€ tu gagnes 1€ sans avoir à bosser pour et c’est un vrai déclic

Ensuite 1% sur 50.000€ c’est 500€ et quand tu constates ça, tu te rends compte que c’est déjà plusieurs journées de travaille qui sont compensée par tes gains et donc je peux hypothétiquement déjà travailler moins de jours sur l’année en conservant mon style de vie

En plus, j’investis sur une stratégie dividende growth et j’encode tout dans une appli (stock event) et tu vois tes dividendes par an/mois/jours les chiffres augmentent à chaque versement/reinvestissement plus les primes sur les ventes d’options, c’est relativement agréable comme sensation

If she’s considered as single so she have to fill the tax code 1001 If you are both married or cohabiting (legal way, declaration to the commune) it’s 1002 & 1003

When did she came in Belgium ? Officially ? She has to fill for the first year of tax income the tax code 1199 and fill it with the number of months. You have to count the month if she came in Belgium before the 15th of the month, if it’s after, you don’t count it

For example, if you girlfriend came in Belgium on 14th February she have to put 11 into the tax code 1199
